What we keep, and why.
This covers the Founders Jockey website and the pitch-card application. Last updated 21 October 2026.
Founders Jockey is an independent pitch show taped in Noida, NCR Delhi. The show desk is the one that holds the details you send.
What you give us
- Your name, phone number, website, and city. These are required to book a pitch.
- Anything else you choose to add: email, startup name, sector, stage, a one-line description, the problem, what you have built, traction, team size, what you want from the panel, and links to a deck or a video.
- A pitch-card code we create for you, the status of that card, and any tape day you lock.
- If a fee applies, the amount and any UPI reference you type in.
- A pitch keeps the time you reserved. One person can hold one pitch slot.
- If you create an account: your name, email, and phone. A one-time code confirms the email before the account opens. Bookings that use the same email or phone are attached to that account. The code is kept only until it expires.
- If you invite the show to a college, the college, your name, phone, and whatever else you add.
- If you send feedback or a question for the panel: your name, the note, optional startup name, and the email or phone you leave for a reply.
- If you claim a startup page, a password for that page. The show desk has to approve the claim before the login works. You cannot change the main YouTube link. Photos, a deck, and extra videos you add stay on that page.
- A comment on a startup page, which is public with the name you type.
- A private message to a founder, which the public page does not show. The founder sees your name, contact, and the note.
- A reCAPTCHA check on public forms. Google receives that check under its own policy, so a script cannot submit the form.
Why we keep it
- To read the application, shortlist it, and tell you where it stands.
- To let you open the same card later with the phone number and the code.
- To email the code, if you gave an email and email sending is switched on. Those messages go out through Mailjet.
- To run the tape day, and, if you are filmed and the episode is published, to put the founder page and reel on this site.
What we do not do
We do not sell the list. We do not use an advertising tracker on this site. The site sets a first-party session cookie so the application form can be submitted safely, and so the control room can stay logged in. That cookie is not used to follow you around the web.
How long it stays
An application stays while that round is open and for as long as the show needs it to run the episode, the page, or a fee question. Sample cards on the site are not real applications.
Asking for a change or a deletion
Write to the show desk at [email protected] from the phone number or email on the card, and include the pitch-card code. Ask to see the card, correct it, or delete it. If an episode has already been published, the desk can take the page down; a reel that has already been copied elsewhere may remain outside this site.
